The purpose of this policy is to provide a robust framework for the recruitment and selection of staff, based on the principles outlined below. This policy aligns with our Fairness, Inclusion, Respect, Diversity & Equality Policy Statement, the Equality Act 2010, and all other relevant employment legislation.
We are committed to recruiting and retaining individuals with the necessary skills, qualifications, experience, and expertise to support and advance the Company’s aims, vision, and long-term ambitions.
All staff have the right to request changes to their working patterns, while considering the needs of their team and the service. Acon Construction Group Ltd will endeavour to support flexible working arrangements—including part-time roles, full-time roles, shift or roster variations, and career breaks—to help employees maintain a healthy work–life balance.
This policy will be communicated to all employees and reviewed at least annually—or sooner if required—to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
