Health and Safety Policy Statement

Acon Construction Group Ltd accepts its responsibilities and is fully committed to fostering and maintaining a positive health and safety culture that prevents injuries and ill health among employees and all individuals affected by our activities. We will achieve this by operating in full compliance with all applicable legislation, codes of practice, and recognised industry standards relating to health and safety—at a minimum.

The success of this policy depends on the competency, cooperation, and engagement of our employees. It is communicated to everyone working under the control of Acon Construction Group Ltd to ensure they understand their individual responsibilities and obligations. This commitment is reinforced through adherence to this policy and to the safe systems of work developed and provided to them.

Acon Construction Group Ltd maintains an excellent health and safety record across all workplaces. This achievement reflects the active involvement of both management and employees in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and taking effective measures to control them.

Ultimate responsibility for health and safety lies with Mr. Astrit Prenci, who, with the support of the Company’s Health and Safety Consultants, ensures that adequate resources, guidance, and training are provided to deliver the objectives of this Health and Safety Policy. Performance is reviewed regularly, alongside proposals for continuous improvement.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and reviewed at least annually—or sooner if required—to ensure ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
