Modern Slavery Policy Statement

Acon Construction Group Ltd recognises its responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is fully committed to ensuring transparency throughout our business operations and supply chain. We will not support, engage with, or conduct business with any organisation that is knowingly involved in slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.

We place a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of our workforce and are proud to confirm that all employees are paid at least the Living Wage. This commitment extends equally to all agency workers and contracted staff engaged by the Company.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and reviewed at least annually—or sooner if required—to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and compliant with current legislation.
