Security Policy Statement

Security involves protecting our people, facilities, and operations from malicious intent. To achieve this, Acon Construction Group Ltd implements security measures designed to deter, detect, delay, and respond to any threats that could compromise the safe and secure operation of our offices and sites.

These measures address risks such as:

  • Malicious physical attacks

  • Security breaches intended to damage our reputation

Acon Construction Group Ltd is committed to:

  • Protecting all sensitive information through physical safeguards, secure IT systems, and full compliance with information protection procedures by all personnel.

  • Implementing effective physical security measures to protect employees, contractors, plant, and equipment from theft, misuse, or malicious damage.

  • Ensuring secure entry systems at all sites as provided by the Principal Contractor. In rare cases where security is not present, a risk-based approach will be applied.

We apply the following key principles across all work activities:

  • Promoting a strong security culture and raising security awareness throughout the business to support safe, incident-free operations.

  • Ensuring that individual security responsibilities are clearly understood at all levels of the organisation, including among suppliers and contractors.

  • Maintaining a risk-based approach to security, supported by consistent risk management plans across all Acon Construction Group Ltd premises.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and reviewed at least annually—or sooner if necessary—to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
